Our guest suites are the finest in the Haliburton Highlands and have been newly designed and decorated to reflect the best combination of traditional Canadian Lodge décor with the finest in contemporary conveniences. Every Heather Lodge guest suite is tastefully decorated with fine imported designer furnishings and eclectic accessories. All are casually elegant and provide a truly comfortable and relaxing retreat for guests to enjoy their Haliburton get-away – be it for just a few days or for a few weeks.
To provide for your total comfort, each suite features a king-size bed fitted with luxurious linens. For your convenience, all suites are lavishly equipped, including bar fridge, coffee maker, satellite TV, hair dryer, ironing board and comfortable furnishings. Every Heather Lodge guest suite has it's own private entrance. Sit back and enjoy the view from your own private deck or patio, the ideal place to spend a few hours with your special someone.
Lakeview Studio
Heather Lodge's Lakeside Studio suites are a favorite with guests and provide a magnificent view of beautiful Twelve Mile Lake. All Lakeside Studios feature cozy woodburning fireplaces that create a romantic and inviting ambiance with just the flick of a switch - especially nice on a chilly winter's eve. The Lakeside Studio's private balcony overlooking the lake offers the perfect spot to enjoy all the beauty of the Highlands with a morning coffee or a glass of wine before dinner. Lakeview Studios are furnished with a King bed, table and chairs and come equipped with a compact fridge, coffee maker and satellite TV. A roomy private bath that includes a shower, fluffy towels and hairdryer ensures guests a very comfortable stay.
Courtyard Studio
The Courtyard Studio suites are privately situated beside Heather Lodge's beautiful entrance gardens. The spacious Courtyard Studios offer guests a secluded sanctuary to unwind and relax. Courtyard Studio suites boasts King-size beds, inviting lounge chairs, bar fridge, coffee maker and satellite TV. Generous decks with privacy fencing face the lodge's lovely gardens and are furnished with outdoor chairs and table. The additional luxury of a soaker whirlpool tub in the private bath makes the Courtyard Studio the perfect choice of guests looking for a quiet and soothing retreat. For two couples traveling together, two adjoining Courtyard Studio rooms would provide the ideal accommodation.
Deluxe Studio
Naturally, our finest guest room at Heather Lodge is our beautiful Deluxe Studio suite. Tastefully furnished, the Deluxe Studio provides all of the comforts and amenities found in our Lakeside and Courtyard Studios. Additional elements of luxury such as a romantic two-person whirlpool tub with separate shower ensure a memorable stay. Privately situated, the LDeluxe Studio suite offers guests a panoramic view of Twelve Mile Lake both from the room and from its spacious and secluded deck.
